You know why I’m here of course…for the free beer that I can’t drink because of my medication. You can hoist it for me vicariously. I have 11 more months until I hit five zero and I am looking forward to it with glee and fascination. Isn’t 50 the new 35?

It’s because now you’re closer to 40 (wry grin from someone who will be 41 in November). 40 wasn’t bad, but I have a feeling 41 will be, because I’ll be officially “in” my 40′s. It helps to have the rugrats around, though, they keep us young!
